Sea Grape Villas is known for its comfortable, intimate and serene atmosphere that promotes relaxation. This makes it the ideal place for a treasured vacation with family and friends. There are six villas. Three of them are designed to accommodate up to six persons and the others may accommodate up to four persons. We are located in a private area just outside The Settlement, Anegada and is about a ten minute drive from the nearest beach and about a five minute drive away from the Anegada Rock Iguana Sanctuary.

Our villas are your home away from home. They have more space than an ordinary villa and provide plenty of room where you can stretch out and relax. The entertainment area is a spacious open floor plan that that includes a large fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area where family and friends can mingle and share fun filled moments. If you do not want to stay inside then there is a porch designed for outdoor relaxation.

Each villa has an outdoor shower, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom. The bedrooms may include one king bed, one queen bed or two full-size beds. The bedrooms are air conditioned. However, there are plenty of windows if you prefer to enjoy the nice Caribbean breeze. Each villa also includes laundry facilities, a television and complimentary internet.

A cold complimentary bottle of wine or champagne will be there to greet you on arrival.

Arrangements for provisioning, scooter rental, car rental, island tours and bone fishing could be facilitated upon your request.
