There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, porch, private laundry facility and an outdoor shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen are arranged in an open floor plan. This villa accommodates four persons comfortably, but may accommodate six persons if sleeping space is shared.

Rates: $475.00 in the summer (April 15th–October 15) and $575.00 in the winter (October 16th –April 14th)
